Draft Beer

Cameron’s Lager 5% ABV is pale golden in colour, this European lager is brewed with “noble hops”, the term noble hop refers to traditional varieties that have low bitterness and high aroma that have been grown for hundreds of years.  Only the finest two-row malted barley is used.  Never rushed, this lager is fermented cold and long, to create a crisp, fresh and great for easy-drinking occasions.

Cameron’s Cream Ale 5% ABV is the beer that started our company. Hailed by Toronto Life in 1998 as “best new beer of the year”, this elegant golden ale is crisp, refreshing and balanced with a fruity backbone.  Described in a recent blog as “a somewhat different take on the cream ale, possessing a strong malty taste and a clear British hop presence, but with a clean taste that is reminiscent of lager… a beer that is subtle and quite unique” (read more.). Brewed with two-row malted barley and specialty hops from the UK, Cameron’s Cream Ale is a dimensional beer that is refreshing in the summer and comforting in the colder seasons.

Bottles and Cans

Our inspiration for the perfect American Pale Ale came from California, the birthplace of the APA style, where the sun, sand, and waves go hand-in-hand with great beer. Presented at 5.1% Alc/Vol, with vibrant and pronounced tropical fruit-inspired hop varieties, this anytime beer is an all-day crowd pleaser.
TASTING NOTES: California Sunshine APA has a brilliant straw colour and golden hue, supporting a white webbing of creamy head. Pronounced citrus character dives forward with hints of pine, lime, and grapefruit. The juiciness of the hops rounds out the delicate body, leaving a hint of tartness to cleanse the palate. Pairs well with any meal of the day.

This golden-orange and medium-bodied bock
is extremely smooth and rich in character. We selected German specialty hops, including Hallertau, to create a hint of oral aroma
in this complex lager. A malt-accented ‘bockiness’, balanced with earthy and oral hop
character combines with Cameron’s signature use of rye malt for a pleasant dryness and
subtle, peppery avor. This creates a delicious variation on a classic style.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas’ first and oldest legal distillery. It’s made in small batches in an old fashioned pot still by Tito Beveridge (actual name), a 50-something geologist, and distilled six times. Tito’s Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. It is microdistilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs. This time-honored method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but it’s well worth it.

Opawa Pinot Noir 2012

Meaning “Smokey River” in Maori, OPAWA PINOT NOIR is named after the vineyard in which the Nautilus Winery is situated. The Opawa River formed the gravel soils that
make up the Marlborough Winegrowing heartland which includes the Nautilus Opawa Vineyard, and lead to the ripe, juicy structure of this wine. Building on Nautilus’
reputation as one of the region’s most respected producers of Pinot Noir, and its specialised Pinot Noir winemaking facility, Opawa meets a demand for a top quality, mid price pinot.

Trelano Andriano Pinot Grigio 2013

In Terlano, the wine-making tradition dates back more than 2000 years. Mild micro climatic conditions give the wines certain unique characteristics, thus adding a
special flavor to them.
Terlano’s unique position at the foot of Mount Tschöggel is a key to the development of the vineyards. The southfacing slopes are ideal for grape growing. The porphyry
rocks accumulate warmth and the porous soil allows the water to drain, keeping the
soil dry around the roots of the wines.
The Cooperative of Terlano was founded in 1893. Today it has over 100 associates trained and specialized in natural viticulture. Together they keep the rich tradition with
important innovative elements alive. The fruits of this accurated process are aged in modern cellars under strictly controlled conditions.

Tasting Notes

Pinot Grigio is to a summer patio as Alto Adige is to white wine – namely, they are made
for one another. This PG offers inviting peach, pear, cantaloupe and floral notes on
the nose. The palate is medium bodied, refined, round, fresh and crisp with ripe apple and
pear, and a refreshing finish. Ideal for sipping or for light seafood salads. (VINTAGES
